Strategic Projects
Since its creation, Good Shepherd Kanzana has progressively developed from a new educational initiative into an institution combining academic learning with sustainable development projects that support both the school and the surrounding community.
Good Shepherd Kanzana was founded with the mission of providing quality education grounded in discipline, knowledge and moral values. The institution started with a strong commitment to serve the local community and prepare students for the future.
The school gradually expanded its academic activities by opening classrooms, recruiting qualified teachers and welcoming new students. Continuous improvement of teaching resources remains a priority.
In order to combine theory and practice, the school introduced agricultural and livestock activities. These initiatives allow students to gain practical skills while supporting the institution’s sustainability.
Today, Good Shepherd Kanzana is implementing structured agricultural and livestock investment programs including crop production, dairy farming and poultry units. These projects strengthen food security, create income for the school and offer practical vocational training opportunities for students.
These projects aim to strengthen the school's financial sustainability while providing practical learning opportunities for students.
Development of 3 hectares of agricultural land to support school nutrition and generate revenue.
Establishment of dairy and goat farming to produce milk, support school feeding and create income.
Poultry unit designed to produce eggs and poultry products for school consumption and local market sales.
